Acceptable use
This applies to every Airosofts product. Product terms may add to it, never remove from it.
You may not use our products to
- Send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or continue after they opt out. This includes SMS, voice and email sent through AiroPhone.
- Misrepresent who you are, including spoofing a sender identity or signing on behalf of someone without authority.
- List property you have no right to sell or let, or misrepresent a property's condition, price or ownership.
- Harvest or resell other users' contact details or content.
- Break the law where you are or where the recipient is, including telemarketing, fair-housing, consumer-protection and data-protection law.
- Interfere with the service, other users, or the systems behind it, including attempting unauthorised access.
- Host or transmit malware, or material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
Consent for messaging
For messaging products you are responsible for obtaining and recording consent, honouring opt-outs immediately, and complying with carrier rules and registration requirements. We enforce opt-out handling technically and will suspend campaigns that generate complaints.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Where practical we warn first. Where a breach causes harm to others or exposes us to liability we act first and explain afterwards. Appeals go to info@airosofts.com.
