Privacy policy

Short version: this site collects almost nothing. The products collect what they need to work, and this policy says what that is and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who is responsible

Airosofts LLC, United States, is the controller for data collected on this site and the operator of the products named on it. Contact: info@airosofts.com.

2. This website

Analytics. We use a cookie-free analytics service that records page views in aggregate without identifying you. No advertising trackers are used. Server logs. Our edge provider records requests, including IP address and user agent, for security and for a short retention period. Forms. When you submit a form we receive what you typed, your email address, and the time. We use it to reply and, if work follows, to carry it out. We keep it for as long as the conversation or engagement is active, and for up to three years afterwards for our records. Theme preference. If you toggle the colour theme, the choice is stored in your browser only.

3. Our products

Each product has its own privacy policy on its own site, which governs that product. In general the products collect account information, the content you create in them (messages, documents, listings), usage data needed to operate and secure the service, and billing information handled by our payment processor. Where a product processes data on behalf of a business customer, we act as a processor under the data processing addendum.

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform a contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in running and securing our services, to comply with legal obligations, and where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data with the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, each under a contract that limits use to the service they provide. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose data if the law requires it.

6. Transfers

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure is primarily located there. Where data is transferred from other jurisdictions we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Signed documents and their audit trails are retained as required by the customer's plan and by law, because their evidential value depends on retention.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete, and we do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, email info@airosofts.com with the subject "Privacy". We respond within thirty days.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen.

10. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. If a change is material we will say so on this page for a period after it takes effect.
